RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF MERCHANTVILLE, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE POLICE PARKING RAMP

WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Merchantville is desirous of removing and installing the police driveway ramp; and

WHEREAS, bids have been solicited and received for this purchase; and

WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified as to the availability of funds;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that approval has been granted for the construction project including the removal and installation of the police driveway ramp to Martell Construction, 15 South Miller Avenue, Penns Grove, NJ 08069.
