RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF MERCHANTVILLE, COUNTY

OF CAMDEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY ESTABLISHING A SOCIALLY

AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED UTILIZATION PLAN

WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Merchantville has applied for funding from the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust; and

WHEREAS, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust require that the Borough of Merchantville adopt a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Utilization Plan now referred to as attachment “A” establishing procedures for providing opportunities for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged contractors and vendors; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Merchantville  that the Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Utilization Plan be adopted.
