RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUDGE OF THE BOROUGH OF MERCHANTVILLE MUNICIPAL COURT

            WHEREAS, there is a need for the appointment of a Municipal Court Judge; and

            WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted the name of Oren R. Thomas III to serve as Municipal Judge;

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the nomination of Oren R. Thomas III is hereby confirmed, and that he is appointed to the position of Municipal Court Judge of the Borough of Merchantville, County of Camden and State of New Jersey.  Term: three (3) years.  Effective January 1, 2009; expiring December 31, 2011.
