RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEWSPAPERS

RESOLVED that the Retrospect of Collingswood, New Jersey, the Philadelphia Inquirer of Philadelphia, PA and the Courier-Post of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, be and are hereby designated as the official newspapers for legal advertising of Borough business.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said newspapers be and are hereby designated to receive notices of official meetings held in the Borough of Merchantville in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 231, Laws of 1975, "The Open Public Meetings Act".
