RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF MERCHANTVILLE, COUNTY OF CAMDEN AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPOINTING MICHELLE L. MCKINNEY AS THE MUNICIPAL TAX COLLECTOR AND TAX SEARCH OFFICER OF THE BOROUGH OF MERCHANTVILLE

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Merchantville have accepted the resignation of John C. Fry as the Municipal Tax Collector and Tax Search Officer of the Borough of Merchantville; and

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:9-141 and N.J.S.A. 40A:9-142 require the appointment of a Municipal Tax Collector;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Merchantville that Michelle L. McKinney be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Tax Collector and Tax Search Officer for the four year term commencing June 1, 2008 and concluding on May 31, 2012.
