Passed 5-0.
Motion made to appoint Adam Shlemmerer, Joseph Disibio and AJ Adair as fire inspectors through 4 Jan 2010 (apologies if I misspelled names!)- Passed 5-0.
Discussed leaf collection. I provided status of operations. Discussed alternatives. I will ask Dan Beckett to see about borrowing Pennsauken's leaf machine.

Parking Meters will be covered for free shopping during December

Borough Clean-up day the day after Thanksgiving. 9:00-Noon
Resolution 09-144 to go into Private Session to discuss Personnel & Contracts passed 5-0.

Mayor North talked about 2010 budget. Wants to set up committees to meet with departments. Wants to hold things flat.
