Marvin Gaskill spoke about budget - proposed tax increase cap
Resolution 09-87 - passed Unanimously
Resolution 09-88 - Budget adoption. Vote 3-3. Brennan, Brunton, Perno voted no. Budget failed to pass.
Ordinance 09-13 passed unanimously

Council minutes for 26 May 2009 accepted unanimously
Council members provided reports.
Highlights:
EMS had 27 calls, all answered by Pennsauken
Shade Tree - 264 trees planted. Received four e-mail and two telephone complaints
