1. FW Grigg Post thanked Shawn Waldron and the Boy Scouts for their recent help
2. Article in Newsletter about the flag drop box didn't go far enough in recognizing those who were involved in getting it placed
- It is already in use
- No mention of the volunteers who contributed to the project.
Former Mayor Mr. Jack Morrissey:
1. It was nice for the borough to recognize Russ Mutschler
2. He has been working with the New Jersey Conference of Mayors Convention in Atlantic City
- Discussed some of what the NJCM Convention opinions were

DISCUSSION - Community Center Rental Fees (A proposed new set of fees was discussed. You can find them here. Council did NOT adopt them at this time)
APPROVAL - Use of PNC parking lot for the Farmers Market (Approved unanimously)
Farmer's Market will be held each First Friday from 4 pm - 8 pm.

NJ Municipalities magazine subscriptions will be reduced to two copies and will be available at the Clerk's Office.PRIVATE SESSION - 09-77 Matters of Personnel
