    2. (10) ANNOUNCEMENTS (None)

    3. (11) PRIVATE SESSION 09-53 Matters of contract negations (Approved unanimously)

    4. After re-entering Public Session, Council voted 5-1, Mr. Brunton dissenting, to send NJ Norse a letter advising them that Council has set a time limit of 30 April 2009 for Norse to begin performing on it's agreement with the borough regarding their purchase of 606 W. Maple - Wellwood Apartments. Reason for Mr. Brunton's dissenting vote: Mr. Brunton feels that Borough elected and appointed officials' actions over the past 18 months have unfairly and unjustly placed NJ Norse in the difficult position in which they currently find themselves. Because of the situation, Mr. Brunton can provide no more details at this time.)
