Maple-Chapel Redevelopment :

  • Sale of property to RLC III scheduled for Thursday, 28 February 2008.

  • Demolition of existing buildings to begin 1st or 2nd week in March.

    1. A. RESOLUTION - AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF INTERLOCAL RECYCLING AGREEMENT

    2. RESOLUTION - DECLARE INTENTION TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL FOR THE PARIS GRANT

    3. PAYMENT OF PETTY CASH BILLS

    4. ANNOUNCEMENTS

    1. There will be new water rates. Did not obtain date new rates go into effect.

    2. ambulance is out of service for repairs. May be a week or longer.

    3. A sewer repair is being done on Cove Rd. (right in front of M. Brunton's house!). PSE&G will repair small leak in gas line at the site Friday 29 February.
