The Adopted 2008 Merchantville Municipal Budget

On the pages linked below is the municipal budget as it was adopted at the 14 July 2008 Council Meeting. It is presented here unchanged and unedited in any way whatsoever.
The final adopted budget varies only slightly from the budget as it was introduced at the June 16 2008 Council Meeting.
Note that we did not have final copies of the budget at or prior to the adoption vote - we only had the introduced budget. I got a copy of the adopted budget over a week after the July meeting at which it was adopted (and then only after I specifically requested a copy from the Clerk).
One other thing - you'll notice that the Capital Budget, Sheet 40, is blank. We have not done a 2008 capital budget as of this time. I was somewhat taken aback to discover, near the end of the July Council Meeting, that I was the only elected official who knew that the Capital Budget pages are all blank. Everyone else thought there was at least one entry - replacement of the police department driveway at the annex.
